Accepting Delivery

Please check the product you ordered at the time when you receive it from the cargo officer. If you find out that the product has been opened or damaged, have the cargo officer make a note of it and then do not accept the delivery.

Return Conditions

You are entitled to return the products that you have purchased from our online store within 14 days (fourteen days) of the date of receipt, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No 6502 and within the framework of the right of withdrawal from cosmetic products, provided that they are unpacked, unimpaired and salable.


The return procedures relating to your product return will be initiated after you notify us the information about the product that you will return, along with the reason for the product return, either by e-mail orusing the call center line (0850 511 11 77), and after the receipt of product return confirmation.


Once the product return confirmation for the products you wish to return have been received, they must be repackaged in an unimpaired, undamaged form, and they must be shipped back through our contractual courier company.

The product must be handed to the cargo officer after the required parts of the product return form, which is obligatory pursuant to the General Communique of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385 and which is available on the back of the invoice that was provided with the delivery of the product, have been filled outand signed and then given to the cargo officer along with the product.You can send it through our contractual cargo company at our expense.

If the product invoice has been issued on behalf of the institutions, then a Return Product Invoice must be issued and returned through the cargo in the same manner.

You should package the product in a manner so that the product is not damaged along with the related documentation.

Otherwise, the product return process will not be initiated.

When the product return is approved, then the price you paid for the product is refunded based on the form of payment you used to make the purchase.

The refund will be processed within one week after we receive the products you have sent through the cargo. This period may take up to 10 days when the banks' roles in this process are taken into account.

The refund will be processed in terms of account in credit in case of cash payments made with credit cards, whereas it will be processed in terms of number of installments in case of payment by installments.
